Refund policy

Returns may be made for store credit within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Items being returned must be new, unworn/unopened. Returns must have their original tags attached in order to be eligible for store credit within 30 days of original purchase. All discounted and seasonal items, including decor and clothing, are final sale. All swim wear and jellycat is final sale. 

For online orders: to place a return first email shoppiggyjos@gmail.com to state reason for return request. Then mail items back for store credit to 11 Buford village way suite 147 Buford, GA 30518. Note: shipping to customer will not be refunded and returns are mailed back without reimbursement of shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once items have been returned in new condition.
